Nope, the braking-assist and braking systems do not share fluid so no need
to bleed the brakes after "bomb" replacement. If it's been a while maybe
not a bad idea to replace brake fluid and do a brake & clutch bleed though.
Probably wise to pump the brake pedal a few times to make sure the assist
servo is working normally before heading out on the highway. I believe the
bleeding procedure for power-steering is front wheels elevated and
stop-to-stop with the steering wheel several times with engine running -
don't hold against the stops though.
