Sorry for the confusion.  Quite frankly, I don't think it matters if we
measure from full hard or full soft...as long as everyone qualifies their
answer.  For instance, if I say I use 'X turns from full hard' anyone can
duplicate that.  Same goes if I had said 'X turns from full soft'. Again, it's
fully repeatable.

For this exercise 1 full turn is going to equal 360 degrees. That way a half
turn is 180 degrees, and a quarter turn 90 degrees.  I can't see many people
going into 1/8th turns...but again, it's a fully repeatable measurement.

The key in my mind was to create information that anyone can repeat.  That's
why I'm hoping to get part numbers as well...make it as simple as possible!

FWIW, my particular 4kq example was fully hypothetical.  The koni yellows are
in their boxes in the trunk, the springs are at the distributor waiting to be
picked up and I missed the meeting tonight where I was going to pick up the
aluminum subframe bushings.  But I swear!  I will install it all soon!!!
