I think I have to agree with Nate's assessment after the other day. I took my 1990 V8q into the dealer so they could find where my antifreeze leak was coming from. I could tell it was coming from the back of the engine, but that was all. Of course, when I got there, it didn't leak even a drop, and driving in the rain had erased all evidence. On top of that, to see behind the engine, the mechanic had to remove the air filter cover and filter. On my way home, I noticed that the car made less power and even died at a stop light. Well, I took the cover and filter off, looked for any blockage, didn't see any, and put it all back together. She's back to normal. Guess he didn't touch her right or something.
