kh and mc differences...

ok... im getting the new engine for my car next week...
im finishing up the removal of my kh and have a few questions...
im going to use the oil pan i currently have installed and am going to paint it.
i want to paint parts off of this engine so they are ready to go when i get the next
motor.
im pretty sure the valve cover is the same (size, it doesnt have the vw symbol,
just the audi one.)
is everything else basically the same?
its a mc wiring harness, mc manifolds, mc fueling etc., full blown oil cooled
k26 (not the mini k26 as on the kh)with a kh motorand mac 07a.
are all the mounting brackets, timing belt covers etc the same?
whats different besides internals, oil filter setup, isv and ecu?
