climate controll issues? 90 200tqa

The electric radiator fan is designed to run in one of 3 speeds
(depending on coolant temp and AC pressure) whenever the AC clutch is
engaged - which is ALL selections except ECON and OFF. It is supposed to
be that way for both of your vehicles (and I've owned both years cars
that you now own).
