No, when trying to work with a dealer, it is the customer who gets bent
over . . .



If AoA had *ANY* functioning brain cells WHATSOEVER, they would turn
themselves inside out to get him his car in nothing flat.

His comments about being a happy customer will sell more cars than they'll
believe, and if they annoy him and he says anything about it on the air,
their sales will suffer greatly. Audi STILL has not learned a damn thing
about the power of the media - which I consider totally amazing considering
what the media did to them last time.
