Going to be moving battery box to the truck.. what gauge wire?

Josh, minimum of 4 for the positive, that's what I'm using and haven't noticed any problems, but amperage wise its probably at its max, 2G is a better fit. If you ground to the rear frame rail be sure to run a ground from the block to the same frame rail up front as well, the unibody isn't enough to transfer all that amperage up front without the direct connection to the frame rail. Without this its doubtful that the car will start.
