Lube stuff

Hello, two questions today, regarding a 89 200tq.

1)  How do you lube the door hinges?

2)  Right rear transverse link (camber adjustment rod)
is squeeking, but is only a couple years old and still
tight.  I was thinking I could inject some grease in
there.  How would I do this?  I've heard that they
make needle injectors for grease guns.  Are these at
common auto parts stores?  Is the hole small enough so
the grease doesn't leek back out?
