CGT throwout bearing noisy- but teardown shows it's OK?!

Out of car it seems fine and smooth, but you can't
duplicate 800-1400 lb. face load or 800-2k+ rpms with
your hands?  BTDT with driveline input and output
bearings.  Don't know your mileage/replacement situ.
Is this the orig. TO bearing?  Ask Huw his thoughts
ondi transport.  I would replace the rear main oil
seal, pilot bearing, TO bearing and clean and lube the
pivot and forks.  BTDT at 185k.
