You had better watch out for Bellingham.  Almost eveytime I've gone through
there
WSP has a speed trap set up on one end or the other of the town.  I got
nailed
for going 73 in a 60 there.  I was only going 59mph  when he clocked me with
a
hand held lazer but lucky I beat it in court.  They did not send me a copy
of both sides
of the ticket whick I requested for court.  The judge threw out the ticket
because of
that.  You are wondering how he could clock me at 73mph when I was going
slower.
If the lazer gun is moving at all back orand forth the speed of the object
will be incorrect.
You could clock a tree going 15mph by just moving the gun.  British Columbia
has outlawed
the RMCP from using lazer unless it is mounted on a tripod n a stationary
postion.
