My experience has always been different, "computer says we have it, let
me check the shelf,"  or "computer says we don't have it, let me check
the shelf".  While computers have streamlined the operation incredibly,
it's also still less than perfect, local warehouse looks up a filter,
Hengst is the only one in the system, computer says "out of stock", parts
guy checks the shelf to find 50 Mann's on the shelf for the same
application.  Been happening alot with suspension parts lately,
especially Mercyless Benz.
