CGT wouldn't move...

Well... It wasn't that I forgot to attach the drive axles, but the CV /
drive shaft did indeed turn out to be the problem. It seems that when I had
the car in the air with the subframe dropped down that one of the CV's
(outer joint on the passenger side) was at an odd angle and had somehow
popped out of the CV joint.

So...everything looked attached, but when the car was in gear, it would just
spin the shaft without turning the wheel (open diff). My friend Dave (who's
always right) figured it out over the phone and I ended up replacing the
axle last night... Upon closer inspection, it looks as though maybe the
snap ring at the end of the driveshaft is a bit worn and had simply pulled
out of the inner race of the CV. Very odd. It all went back together and
will probably be usable again (under normal angles / operation) if I can
find another band clamp for it.

Good job guys....

Elliott
