Old EC 4kq articles...

I have all the Project 4kq articles. I wanted to scan&post some years
ago, but people were cagey on the copyright issues. Thoughts? Can you
contact primedia again, Dave, and see what they would say, if,
hypothetically, someone scan&posted those old old articles?
