Cheep 3034? or???

I made my own by drilling/tapping a chunk of 3/8 steel plate with a
centered bolt that would fit the threads on the inside of the idler and
additional bolts on each corner. Get the center bolt into the idler
threads and use the corner bolts to work it off the mount. I tried prying
with screwdrivers big and small, and even longer pinchbars, but ended up
with the pulley all deformed and still not coming off. I didn't realize at
first that there was an internal thread on the idler that's larger than the
bolt thread that holds the idler to the engine. It only goes part way in,
and then there's a shoulder and hole for the smaller retaining bolt.
