how to replace compressor clutch?

I was wondering if anyone repaired or replaced their a/c compressor
clutch.

Mine went out a few days ago and was hoping to pull the clutch off an
87 5ktq compressor and install it on my 200q. The clutch plate pretty
much just just hang there and when you hit the a/c, it rattles alot
(still responds) and sparks with the grinding against the pulley.
