S6 questions and new ETKA

I've got a few question for those who mihgt be in the know..

Did the 2001 -2003 S6 avant come with a 6 speed in europe? I've seen a few
ads on ebay.de for a S6 6 speed but Audi.de dosen't mention such a drivetrain
combination.

Also does anybody have a new copy of the ETKA for windows european version?
I'm specifically interested in the 2001-2003 european S6....
