They only want to hear from you if you've had an Actual Loss. They used
to have an e-mail where you could forward your 419 letters (with "for
your files only, no monetary loss" in the subject), but that box has been
unattended because of shear volume. IF you've had an actual loss you
should contact the Local field office:
http://www.usss.treas.gov/field_offices.shtml . Everybody I know gets at
least 5 of these a week, if everybody faxed then in...well, I'd be much
happier about my Bell stock.
419 can be fun, especially when you out scam the scammers. One even
asked me to be partners with him after I got him to blow $25 on FedEx,
and wait for me at the airport in Benin at 2AM. But, hey, he's still my
"brother" according to his last e-mail. ;-)
