Odd Tire size help!

The 165R14 is equivalent to today's 165/80R14 size spec.  Plugging that
into the trusty tire size calculator program gives the following close
matches based on maintaining speedometer accuracy:

165/80-14         5.2in  12.2in    24.4in         76.6in        827        0.0%
175/75-14         5.2in  12.2in    24.3in         76.4in        829       -0.2%
185/70-14         5.1in  12.1in    24.2in         76.0in        834       -0.8%
205/65-14         5.2in  12.2in    24.5in         76.9in        823        0.4%
215/60-14         5.1in  12.1in    24.2in         75.9in        835       -1.0%

Of course whether your wheel width would support the wider sizes is
in question and whether they actually fit without rubbing something.
But these are some sizes to work from.  HTH.
