Low temp door lube needed

Call me crazy...but I've always had good luck with motorcycle chain lube.

You can buy it in an aerosol-type spray from a company called "finish line".

I have a can of each of the top two in the garage almost all the time...either
seem to work well on the stuff I've had to lube.
