Door handle parts

I know this problem has been done to death, but I still need some help
with the white plastic or nylon sockets that screw onto the push rods
that operate the locks and door latches. These little plastic sockets
have a part number 443 837 171, but according to my dealer are not
available separately but only as part of the push rod assembly.

I tried the model aircraft idea, and found out that Rocket City is out
of business :-(

Does anyone have any source for these parts?
