You might try Forward Air at www.forwardair.com - You'll have to have it
crated and delivered to them, and then pick it up at their warehouse. I had
a '52 Jukebox shipped from Oklahoma City to Toronto this way - big, heavy
and fragile - the seller had it on a pallet with a crate made of layers of
styrofoam and chipboard, with ratchet webbing straps tying the whole thing
down - it weighed easily a couple hundred pounds - it felt like a ton when
we tried to lower it into the basement - that's it, we're never moving!!!
(or the 'box goes with it...)
