what syn oil to use?

Hmmm. 20-50 dino in the 4kq with 256k on it and no smoke and uses less than
1/2 qt per 3k.
Then I get stooopid. I put Mobil 1 10-30 for older vehicles in my Urq (which
was just fine before at about 100k) and then I get oil leaks coming from
multiple places. Needless to say, now I'm back to 20-50 and all is fine.
