Ha, boy, this is getting good, ruining a motor with Coke to solve lifter noise??

The ONLY solution for noisey lifters is to replace them, period.  They cost about $8-10 each and changing them is a 2 hr job for the novice, less if you're adept.

The reality of noisey lifters is about $100 and an hour of time, there are no easy and free shortcuts.
