I'm now using 0W-30 (it's cooold outside!) Mobil 1 synthetic in my '85
4kq and my GF's '84 4kq.  My '85 has 167k miles and she has 239k.

I've just finished the 3rd oil change on each car (it's been 9k miles
since I first switched) and they don't burn or leak a drop.  These I5's
are tight as a drum!

Just wanted to let everyone know in case you are considering Mobil 1.
I've heard that it can cause oil consumption and oil leaks to increase
significantly.  Seems like there's no problems if you don't already burn
or leak oil.
