Huw,
When I read Marky-poos auto post in the digest, I immediately thought we
should all pitch in and remind him how much we miss him.  A mere two msgs
later is your post.

Do I have to manually send Mark posts, or can I rig up something to
periodically send him a msg?

God, I miss him already.  ;^o)
