Code 4433 - MC-1 no start

I'm trying to get the engine started after some repairs to some pieces
that were damaged in the accident a few months ago. The engine did not
start after cranking and I got the ECU to spit out code 4433.

The only sensors/connectors I know I don't have connected are 1) the
intake air sensor which mounts in the intercooler 2) the fuel recovery
carbon canister solenoid valve.

I did not find code 4433 listed in the Audi Ignition service manual I
have for 5000 turbo/quattro.

It may be noteworthy that I did not hear the fuel pump get triggered
during the cranking cycle. It did run fuel pump as if it were doing
output test no. 1 when I initiated the input code sequence - of course,
this was a no start condition, so that may be exactly how it is
supposed to work.

Also, some wires needed to be spliced in the harness near the fuel
distributor, but I am pretty sure I got them right, but there were some
duplicate blue/black wires that I could have mixed up. Can't think of
anything else I may have missed.

Anyway, CODE 4433 - anyone have a description or any other information
that may help.

Hoping I can get this engine running soon so I can get the car out of
my garage and get ready to transplant into another car.

TIA,

Ben
