Do NOT Buy Stuff From MJ Mattia

Hi all;

I just wanted to give a quick heads-up...

Seven weeks ago, I answered a marketplace ad placed by MJ Mattia for an
almost-new cold start valve for my 5ktq. the ad stated that the valve was
only used for testing/troubleshooting, and was not ever actually used, as it
turned out not to be the problem with his car.

I PayPal'd the $$ right away ($80), and he emialed me that it would go out
that week. I emailed him many times trying to get the part. To make a long
story short, he told me 4 different times over the ensuing weeks that he was
going to send it out right away. The last time, he apologized and said that
he had just gotten back from vacation, so he couldn't send it (?).

Well, today, wadaya know, here it is at last...7 weeks later. I open it up,
and the part is in there, along with a note which reads:

"This is the old valve. It should work fine, I cleaned it for you! I just
don't have the time to swap them out. I lost your email address. Drop me a
line and we'll discuss a partial refund once you have the valve installed.
MJ "

Hopefully I don't have to outline the various things I would love to
"discuss" with this idiot, none of which are a partial refund.

Stay away.
