Idle boost Valve on a 87 4kq ?

Hello,
  I was paging through the Family album, got bored on Sunday.  I
noticed a "Idle Boost Solonoid" Part number: 437-906-283A.  Is this
correct, if so where does one find it on the car?  My car still stumble
idles a bit, up down 50-100 rpm's when idling.  I saw this and said,
"hey this could be it", but I have yet to see this device.  Is it really
thier?  I have checked the ISV, it seems fine, and no vaccum leaks that
I can find.
