I asked it of myself when I got my 90Q and discovered that it (along
with a few of the other higher output engines) used an $11 filter
instead of the $4 one.

My flux capacitor is working fine with either filter.

I used an expensive one, then went to using the same ones everywhere,
the "cheap" ones. No visible changes, ie, oil pressure seems to be the
same on the gauge, engine still under the hood, etc.
