What degree thermostat for '90 80 4 cyl?

I am going to replace my coolant and will replace the thermostat, at the
same time. I want to order a new stat but what temp (degree) should I use
for this 2.0L, 4 cyl, 3A eng. I now live in Idaho, but in the coming year I
will be moving to Hawaii. (Avg. temp 80). The Parts Connection lists three
temps available 71C/160F, 80C/176F and 87C/188.6F. What should I get?
