MORE Fuel Relay 4000 RPM cut out.

WRT paragraph 2 below
I think the resistance to plug wires and cracked cap and rotor
would be specific to load on the engine:
E.G: rev-ing from idle wouldn't produce the same "stumble" as
if driving with "load" on the motor.
My bro in CO had a shop w/"expensive machine" check his cap out for
cracks, "none" then 13,000 feet up while driving/a one stall shop
said "see its right here!"
I suspect (and remember) someone said a component has a cutoff at 4000- RPM.
Who's got the real answer? WOT?
Huw?

You you replaced the fuel filters? Have you checked the Dist cap for
cracks, etc. These would be the first on the list to check and clean.
I thought I heard somewere that the fuel pump relay caused this, may be
worth a replacement to verify that yours hasn't started to get wierded
out on you...It was common on some cars.

Of course, have you checked all your grounds and cleaned them? I would
check that one too....TO much resistance won't let enough juice through,
and when your enigine revs that high, it needs all it can get.

It worked fine before, but this just started, so I guess the relay is
correct.. :-)
