Air in the line.  Hot engine and components, fluid will naturally expand,
and so will any air in the lines.  Reservoir will be full.  Things cool
off overnight, everything contracts a bit, air goes ????? somewhere and
the reservoir is low in the morning.  I get this on the 5KS whenever the
hydraulic fluid is allowed to get too low.

Watch for the "volcano" syndrome on hot shutdown, if it starts blowing
fluid out the reservoir after hot shutdown, you might have a leak that's
sucking air into the system.  There were a few posts in the archives
about this, BTDT a couple of times.
