I've run water wetter, works best on systems with a limited amount of
EG, the effect is diluted by the nature of the EG (or PG in those running
Meca/Evans) on the water's cooling properties and specific heat. If you
run antifreeze (i.e. need the anti-freeze properties) the effect of water

wetter is largely wasted. It is essentially a pump lube and a surfactant
that allows the water to flow past all of the metal parts (i.e. breaks
the
surface tension that would otherwise stop it). There is also some
anti-corrosive
properties. If you track the car, (thus need maximum cooling) and are
willing
to change the coolant with the seasons, water wetter is worth it.
Otherwise,
it might make you mentally feel good, but it'll do little else.

I am running the aforementioned rims with 205/55-16's. Clearances are
TIGHT (about 1 mm at the steering knuckle, about 6 mm at the rear
fenders).
