I've not heard of a rebuild kit for an alloy MC.

They used to hone out cast iron MC's and reseal the piston with new rubber
cups, but since the advent of aluminum MC's, that process has been
abandoned, I believe.

I tried disassembling the MC I replaced on my 200q20v a couple years ago,
and removal of that circlip-looking thing did not free up the parts behind
it.
