no start long tow 200q

had a long tow tonite after my 200q refused to start in Toronto.

of course when the tow truck dropped me off the car started up, but would not restart after i turned it off again.

my T-hose vaccum line and the vaccum hose that runs to the cis unit are completely shot.  could this on its own cause significant no-start problem?

anyone know a quick fix for these hoses as i live in the boonies and will have to order the hoses.
