how to bleed master cylinder?

My vote is you just slap it on the car and pressure bleed it; get
someone to press the brake pedal a few times to speed things up and
to make all the air comes out.
If you don't have a pressure bleeder, get one- even the
ezbleeder(which uses a small bottle and a tire inflator widget) is
only about $40, and it makes life much, much easier. Power it off
the spare, no more than about 15-20 PSI. Have a big jug of water
ready in case the thing starts spewing fluid everywhere, and make
sure the seal on the reservoir cap is -very- good, or you'll end up
with fluid everywhere- yuck.
