George,
If I recall correctly, the front sway bar on a NON quattro 4000 is 22mm. The
front on a quattro is 24mm. Why not pull the front sway bar off a wreck at the
wreckers and put it on the back? It's pretty close to 25mm!
As for the strut brace, I don't think the sparco unit is available...not has it
been for a few years now. Mind you, looking at the car I'm not sure how much
it would help...considering how the firewall is built and such. The front end
is fairly well boxed in...any change _may_ be a 'placebo' effect.
