UHO (Unidentified Hose like Object) 1987 4kq

Today while removing a bunch of water from under my trunk liner I came across a
hose that I can not identify. It is clear plastic (vinyl) and is located in the
area behind the green vacuum reservoir inside the drivers side rear fender
(behind where the spare goes) It looks like it was at one time attached to
something and sounds like it vents to the underside of the car when I blow
compressed air into it. Any ideas? Is it a sunroof drain line? It clearly is not
the line that goes to the green thing in there as that is connected and the
locks work.
