Need help confirming center support bearing number

Hi folks,
I ordered a replacement center support bearing for my '85 4kq, and a supplier
sent me BMW part #26 11 1 206 502A.

Can/would someone please tell me if this this an equivalent for the BMW # 26
12 1 209 532 part that is used for replacing the 4kq center support bearing?
I did run this number through several Worldpac supplier sites using the part
# search option, but got nothing.

For bonus points, is this latter part # usable in any Audi q center support
application?
