It will fit but you must:

Swap the auto axles.
rewire the reverse light switch.
redo the cruise control circuit
remove the clutch pedal.
Weld in the auto trans shifter mount
Cut out the 5 speed shofter mount
Replace the downpipe with the auto one (the 5 speed pipe gets in the way.)
