High pressure hose R&R tips?

Thanks for the replies!  I actually got motivated last night
and did it before seeing any of these emails - it is done,
no more leaks, I am happy.  A coupole of things:

I know Blaufergnugen(sp?) has a rep for being overpriced, but
I've always been happy with them; everything was perfect.  I did
check as closely as I could before taking anything apart, though!

AH HA!  I used grease, a dab of silicone grease kept the c-washer from
falling off, but it was still a pain in the wrist.  Literally.

That's a good idea.

A friend once warned me about breaking off the turbo afterrun
pump.  Was careful there.

Was NOT careful everywhere else, lying on the fender/radiator/who knows
what else.

So far, no negative repurcussions.  Fingers crossed.
