4k instrument cluster switches/driving lights

So it is like the four headlight system?

 I will still look for a switch as I would like to set up "city" lights
like Huw Powell shows on his web site.  It can get rather foggy here.  I
used to have trouble in my Rabbit with H4 80/100s when it was foggy.  I
figured this would help.
