95.5 S6 Keeps Blowing 5Amp Fuse Near ECU

As some may recall, I've been trying to get my S6 started after 6 months
storage. Well, significant progress has been made.
Near the top corner of the ECU on the passenger side, there are 4 fuses,
10/15/5/15 amps left-to-right. The 5 amp fuse in a red receptacle is blown and
keeps blowing new fuses. I've put in a new fuse with the ignition turned on or
off with the same outcome.
I have not installed anything new on this car. It is pretty much stock. Before
charging the battery since storage I did upgrade the instrument cluster to 2.0
bulbs. Then I charged the battery and tried to start the battery in boost mode
(50-100 amps delivered) for 20 seconds.
I tried to go through the Bentley but I really dont undertstand those diagrams
too well.
Any help from this point on to help me discover why the 5 amp fuse near the
ECU keeps blowing would be tremendously appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Chris
