I had this problem on my '84cgt. The contacts were corroded in the bulb
housings. Check out those as well as your ground wires and apply some
contact conditioner.

Cheers,

Tim

Subject: List friendly dealerships & Audi blinker weirdness...

Hello all,

Just thought I would pass along some good news about a friendly
dealership other than Carlsen. Diablo Audi in Concord, CA has been
exceptionally good with getting me all sorts of trim pieces (after
repainting my CGT) that were seemingly unobtainable as well as all the
shift linkage bushings I was needing (which was cool because they
ordered everything shifter related and let me pick out the pieces I
needed - ETKA is not very specific about which piece the bushings come
with). Ask for Todd or Jeremy if you go there, they are very helpful. I
don't know about Q-List discounts per se, but they have hooked me up
since I was after so many little things recently.

Secondly, the blinkers in my 4KCSQ have been freaking out lately! First
thing in the morning (when it's cold) the blinker relay goes so fast
that the blinkers appear permanently on. When they warm up they slow
down to a more normal flashing speed. At night when I leave work (after
sitting all day) they are going at light speed again?! Anyone ever had
this problem? I replaced the relay 2 months ago for the same problem &
it worked for a while, but it seems to have cropped back up again. Any
ideas?

Regards,
J. Lyons
