Ben, oil condensation in the intake tract is very common, don't forget that you have a direct connection into your valve cover that sends oil vapor directly into your intake system, inevitably this condenses all over the intake system, but its not really a problem, it will always be there, no way to totally prevent it.  Now if you have a leaking turbo or other problems, you may have an excess amount in there, but a good coating never hurt anything and it tends to pool up in the MM convolutions, no big deal though.
