I'd try moving the oil cooler away from the radiator.
When I upgraded mine, my whole car ran cooler which
showed how much work it really does. I'd bet your
just transfering oil heat into the radiator. The
stock radiator is OK for street, but I'd at least
recommend re-coring it with a high efficiency core, or
getting an aluminum one for track use.
