european bumpers/misc parts

well, it all goes back to the saying "the grass is greener..." where??
"...on the other side" :D  we oughtta just figure out a way to swap stuff
with the europeans on an even trade kinda thing to save us some money.

either way, i still need to know where i can find these things.
