hack to add headlight sprayers/wipers?

Hey!

Has anyone had any success hacking a 200 or 5000 or what-have-you to
add headlight sprayers or wipers?  My headlights (Bosch euros) get
gummed up with mud and road grime and snow pretty easily.  Rain-X
seems to help a tiny bit (I applied it to the driver's-side light),
but I was hoping for more.

It seems that sprayers should give about 80% of what wipers do, and be
much easier to deal with...  any thoughts?  Do they work at all on
slush/freezing rain?
