S6 Plug Preference

I'll be replacing the spark plugs on my S6. What is the list-preferred spark
plug? I have a Stage I upgrade, if that matters. Otherwise, the car is stock.

Also, Feico advised that I change to Samco hose between intercooler and
crossover and clamp the blow off hose due to the upgrade to the 3 bar VMAP. Is
there a web site discussing these modifications? Any other advised
modifications to improve reliability? And, where should I buy the Samco hoses
from?

I've made tremendous progress in getting to know this car.
