Parts crossover between 4000 & 5000

By 5000 I assume you're talking about a type 44 (1984-88) model.

There is not much compatibility in any of the areas you mention, sorry.
The 4000 and 5000 are based on completely different platforms so major
body interior and exterior parts are not interchangeable.  Some very
small trim bits are interchangeable like the interior dome light lens,
the inside door latch pull back cover, some bulbs, etc.

One major exception to this is (if the 4000 is a 1985-87 model) that
the corner tail light housings are the same as those on the 5000.
